Prep Time:5 minutes
Cook Time:15 minutes
Total Time:20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Bundle of Fresh Asparagus
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425*.
  • Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
  • Wash your asparagus and cut the woody ends (tough ends) off the asparagus with a sharp knife.
    1 Bundle of Fresh Asparagus
  • Arrange your asparagus on your baking sheet and drizzle with a few tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to your taste. I'd suggest starting with a teaspoon of each and you can adjust from there if needed.
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Put the baking sheet into the oven and let the asparagus roast for about 10-15 minutes for thin spears of asparagus. If it's thicker spears of asparagus, it might take more time, closer to 20-25 minutes.
  • Pull the asparagus out of the oven and serve immediately.
