Wash and peel your potatoes, and slice in rounds to 1/4 inch thickness.

Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer the potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.

Lay the pork chops on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix the 2 gravy packs with 2 cups of water and add to the slow cooker. The liquid will come to just under the pork chops for cooking.
Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. Pork chops will fall apart they will be so tender!
